“ISG Aurum”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to ISG Aurum and its T·Companion platform. “You”, “User”, or “Subscriber” means any person or entity accessing the Service. “Content” means the market-analysis charts, annotations, materials, training resources, and information made available through the Service.
The Service is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. Nothing made available through the Service constitutes, or is intended to constitute, financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice, nor a solicitation, recommendation, endorsement, or offer to buy or sell any security, derivative, currency, commodity, digital asset, or other financial instrument.
Trading and investing carry a substantial risk of loss and are not suitable for every person. Leveraged products can result in losses exceeding your deposits. Past performance, simulated performance, and any analysis or projection are not reliable indicators of future results. You acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept full responsibility for any losses incurred.
Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Content for your own use. Subscriptions are bound to your account and to a limited number of devices. Sharing, reselling, sublicensing, or distributing your credentials or the Content is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination without refund and, where appropriate, further legal action.
All Content, software, design, trademarks, and materials are owned by ISG Aurum or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, scrape, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service except as expressly permitted. You retain no rights other than the limited licence in Section 6.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) use automated means to extract data; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis is accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ISG Aurum and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any trading or investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ISG Aurum and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your licence ends and you must cease using the Service.
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the updated version with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be highlighted where practicable.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ISG Aurum is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The Service is operated for an international audience; you are responsible for compliance with the laws of your own jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be pursued in good faith through negotiation, and, failing resolution, shall be finally settled by binding arbitration or by the competent courts of ISG Aurum’s place of establishment, at our election. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action to the extent permitted by law.
If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
