Privacy Policy

ISG Aurum · T·Companion Platform · Last updated June 2026
This Policy explains how ISG Aurum collects, uses, and protects personal information in connection with the T·Companion platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you consent to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, country, and password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash — never in plain text).
  • Subscription and payment information: the instruments and plans you select, transaction references, and status. Card and mobile-money details are handled by our third-party payment provider and are not stored on our servers.
  • Device and access information: a device identifier and IP address, used to bind subscriptions to a limited number of devices, prevent credential sharing, and enforce one trial per device and network.
  • Usage information: records of which analyses you access and when, for security and service-delivery purposes.

2. How We Use Information

  • To create and administer your account and deliver the Service.
  • To process subscriptions and payments through our payment provider.
  • To enforce our single-user licence, device limits, and anti-fraud and anti-abuse controls.
  • To communicate service notices, billing matters, and, where you have not opted out, relevant updates.
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. Legal Bases

We process personal information on the bases of contract performance (to provide the Service you request), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, and service improvement), consent (where required), and compliance with legal obligations. Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by a third-party provider. When you make a payment you also become subject to that provider’s terms and privacy policy. We receive only transaction identifiers and status — not your full payment-instrument details.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: (a) service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. payment processing, hosting) under appropriate confidentiality obligations; (b) authorities or third parties where required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and (c) a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer.

6. International Transfers

The Service is operated for an international audience and your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. Where information is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected consistent with this Policy and applicable law.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and subscription information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Analysis-access logs and trial-claim records are retained for security and abuse-prevention purposes. You may request deletion of your account as described below, subject to records we are required or permitted to keep.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including password hashing, encrypted transport (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and device binding. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable period and as required by law.

10. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses a session cookie and browser local storage to keep you signed in and to maintain the device identifier used for security and licence enforcement. These are necessary for the Service to function. Disabling them may prevent the Service from working.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be brought to your attention where practicable. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
